Job Summary: In accordance with FLACRA's Mission, Vision, Shared Values and Brand Pledge, the Development Coordinator/Assistant is responsible for assisting in creating, implementing, and updating a broad-based fund raising and outreach strategy to promote the mission and services of FLACRA
1. Assist with event coordination.
2. Attend both community events and FLACRA activities as needed.
3. Perform in-person outreach to partners and community members to inform them of FLACRA services/programs.
4. Work with fund raising information databases/mailing lists.
5. Assist with conducting outreach, recruiting volunteers, coordinate projects, public relations, press releases, fund raising events.
6. Utilize social media such as blogs, web banners, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn that promote our events and businesses.
7. Participate in community events such as health fairs, community forums, workshops, alumni groups, and recruitment of QHP's.
8. Collect and maintain data for reports that demonstrate outcomes.
9. Participate in the implementation of the fund raising marketing strategy.
10. Assist in maintaining overall calendar and scheduling fund raising and public relations events.
11. Assist in maintaining fund raising communication.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: . Must have knowledge of social media platforms and willingness to learn Valid NYS Drivers' License.
