About the PIT Crew
The Production Intake Team (PIT Crew) is the creative and operational support team within Legit Productions LLC. PIT Crew members help transform opportunities generated by our Client Sourcing Agents (CSAs) and Division leadership into organized, professional production projects.
As Legit Productions continues expanding across multiple markets, the PIT Crew plays an important role in helping us maintain quality, organization, creativity, and professionalism as our project volume increases.
This is an opportunity for creatives and production-minded professionals who want to grow with an expanding media company and potentially take on greater responsibilities as the organization develops.

Core Responsibilities
Production Support

  • Assist with preparing projects for production.
  • Support pre-production planning and organization.
  • Help identify production needs, creative requirements, and potential challenges.
  • Assist production teams during shoots and projects when assigned.
  • Help maintain professional production standards.
Project Intake & Organization

  • Review project information submitted through the production intake process.
  • Help ensure client information and project requirements are complete.
  • Communicate production needs to the appropriate team members.
  • Help keep projects organized from intake through completion.
  • Identify missing information or potential production issues before they become problems.
Creative Support

  • Contribute creative ideas for promotional films, music videos, corporate projects, weddings, and other productions.
  • Assist with concepts, shot planning, locations, equipment, and production logistics.
  • Bring creative solutions when projects require flexibility or problem-solving.
Team Collaboration

  • Work alongside CSAs, CDCs, producers, directors, cinematographers, editors, and other creatives.
  • Maintain professional communication with team members.
  • Participate in company meetings, training, and production discussions.
  • Support other PIT Crew members when necessary.
