The Global Marketing Operations team enables marketing initiatives, supporting the teams in operating with clarity, discipline, and scale. We support through planning and execution to drive greater impact across teams including social media. core responsibilities As the Social Media Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of lululemon's social media function by bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to our global social programs.

You will lead the development and governance of key processes that enable seamless planning and execution across the lululemon social portfolio. You lead creative resourcing for social media projects across both internal and agency partners. This includes all vendor management, onboarding, and billing.

You will guide collaboration with cross-functional partners-including regional teams, creatives, and agency partners, while supporting smooth, on-time program delivery. Core responsibilities include overseeing campaign timelines, budget management and workflow processes; identifying and implementing operational improvements across tools and ways of working; and ensuring alignment across stakeholders to drive well-orchestrated execution. You will monitor operational performance, and continuously optimize how the social team delivers work at scale, enabling high-quality, impactful social marketing outcomes.

qualifications Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred 6-8 years of project management, brand, or social media operations experience with a minimum of 3 years in a corporate retail environment preferred Demonstrated ability to drive change and efficiency through development and implementation of processes and workflows Exceptional organization and stakeholder management skills Strong financial acumen and experience managing a complex budget Knowledge of various social platforms, social tools, and workflows Experience operating in a cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Experience working in Airtable would be beneficial Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.

compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$112,000- $147,000 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
