Overview

This position spans Strategy, Investment, and Operations, serving as a key bridge between client markets and internal teams.

As part of the Strategy & Investment function, you'll oversee the development, execution, and ongoing stewardship of media plans across a diverse portfolio. You'll manage day-to-day planning and activation responsibilities, collaborating with local markets and core partners in Investment, Trafficking, and Analytics to ensure delivery and performance against business objectives.

Within Global Operations, you'll contribute to centralized initiatives that strengthen how our agency operates globally. The team supports functions across Strategy, Investment, HR, and Finance, driving standardization, efficiency, and alignment across markets. Responsibilities

Strategy & Investment:

  • Acts as team lead on client's business and oversees all aspects of the assigned LOB(s)
  • Drives strategy & holistic management of media plan development, implementation, and execution
  • Identifies key target insights based on client brief necessary for formulating strategic recommendations
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client business
  • Adopt best in class tools, techniques, and systems to deliver plan recommendations aligned to client's objectives
  • Participation in special projects involving cross department team development
  • Build & implement media buys, assess media, & ROI performance
  • Manage account billings & budgets

Operations:

  • Global Team Support: Collaborate with the Global Strategy Team and Regional Media Leads on projects and client deliverables, fostering strong global relationships.
  • Reporting for Clients and Internal Teams: Manage compliance, training, and data accuracy within reporting processes, validate global media expenditure data, and work to enhance report clarity.
  • MediaTools Management: Support the implementation, training, upkeep, and validation of MediaTools to maintain precise and timely data. Monitor regional agency adherence and serve as a point of contact for MediaTools inquiries.
  • Project Coordination: Partner with internal teams to prioritize and ensure the seamless execution of projects.
  • Systems and Tools Management: Oversee agency tools and systems, maintain organizational structures and user security, facilitate training sessions, and support data management. Provide assistance in ensuring data quality and troubleshooting for both agency and client teams.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to client-specific billing, auditing procedures, and other tasks related to systems compliance.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience in Media/Advertising
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas like V-lookup and pivot tables, as well as the entire MS Office Suite. Experienced with planning and workflow tools, such as MediaTools and Smartsheets.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently.
  • Financial and budgeting knowledge, with a background in basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of media advertising channels (TV, digital, print, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
  • Capable of learning new software and processes efficiently.
  • Ability to manage projects, resources, and stakeholders effectively.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
