Job Description

The Media Planning Manager leads data-informed digital media planning, optimization, reporting, and client communication for healthcare and life sciences brands. This role partners closely with Media Operations, Analytics, vendors, and client stakeholders to develop media plans, monitor performance, manage budgets, and translate campaign data into clear recommendations that support client objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop media plans grounded in data, audience insights, channel strategy, and client business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Prisma, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, and reporting outputs to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize digital media campaigns across programmatic, Google products, YouTube, connected TV, search, social, and other digital channels.
  • Manage media budgets, pacing, approvals, vendor relationships, and spend tracking to support accountable delivery.
  • Present campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients, Media Operations, Analytics, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of digital media planning experience, including at least 1 year managing planning workstreams, team members, or campaign delivery across client accounts.
  • Experience supporting clients in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences sector
  • Hands-on experience using GA4, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleVerify, and Prisma to support reporting, optimization, trafficking inputs, or campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience managing digital media budgets, spend pacing, approvals, and performance accountability across biweekly or monthly reporting cycles.
  • Experience planning or optimizing campaigns across programmatic, Google products, YouTube, connected TV, search, social, or other digital media channels.
  • 2+ year of client-facing experience presenting media plans, performance results, insights, or recommendations to clients or senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience building reports, analyzing campaign data, and translating insights into clear client-ready deliverables.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience partnering with Media Operations, Analytics, Ad Ops, Creative, Strategy, or Client Services teams across integrated campaign delivery.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, partner communications, media opportunities, or external media recommendations.

Additional Information

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary for this position is between USD $75,000 - $90,000 and will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
