Finance & Operations Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 DOE
Employment Type: Direct Hire

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst for an exciting opportunity with a hospitality and entertainment organization in Dallas, TX. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, partnering directly with business leaders to drive profitability, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making across a multi-location environment.


Qualifications

* 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related field

* Experience supporting hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage, entertainment venues, senior living, commercial real estate, property management, or other multi-site operating businesses strongly preferred

* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and operational performance metrics

* Experience analyzing labor, occupancy, utilization, pricing, revenue, margins, or other key business drivers

* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required

* Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, and business performance analysis

* Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with operational and executive leadership

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred


Key Responsibilities

* Partner directly with venue and operational leadership to support financial and business decision-making

* Analyze labor, pricing, occupancy, utilization, cost controls, margins, and revenue trends across multiple locations

* Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management activities

* Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance

* Build and maintain financial models, KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and ad hoc analyses

* Translate financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations

* Identify opportunities to improve profitability, labor efficiency, and operational performance

* Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, marketing, and leadership teams
