Job Description:
KEY REPONSIBILTIES
From a day-to-day perspective, you will be attending meetings, actively listening, and thinking of ways to make work tasks easier for the teams we support.
You will own the administration of our Hive project management system and work with our representative to stay informed of new features that may benefit our workflows.
You will run reports, review data, and look for errors.
You will mediate requested changes to legal terms between vendors, internal investment teams, internal legal teams, and external client legal teams.
You will learn about the steps that allow a commercial to go from research to a plan to a commercial on your TV/phone/computer during the Super Bowl and then how we measure the success of that ad to inform decisions across various agency functions to make sure we do it all again tomorrow.
You will learn about the beauty industry and be part of one of the largest, most prestigious global brands in the category!
Requirements
This is an entry level job. Direct prior work experience not required
0-2 years of experienceMedia/marketing/sales/technology experience a plus but not required
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneNote, etc.)
Experience with Prisma, Mediatools or other media planning or media activation systems and tools a plus but not required.
Experience with Alteryx or other automation systems & tools is a plus but not required.
Experience with Smartsheet, Hive or other Project Management workflow tools (Monday.com, Jira, etc) a plus but not required.
Media or prior professional work experience is a plus. Industry experience is not required.
Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not requiredFocus in Media Studies, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Finance, Artificial Intelligence or related discipline is a plus but not required
Compensation: $45,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
