Global Information Technology is seeking a motivated Youth Intern - Social Media Outreach to support digital marketing and outreach initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in social media management, professional communication, and workplace readiness within a technology and workforce development environment. This position is ideal for youth interested in marketing, communications, social media, digital content, or business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Under supervision, the Youth Intern will:
  • Assist with creating and scheduling social media content
  • Support outreach efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Help draft captions, announcements, and promotional posts
  • Assist with basic graphics, images, and short videos using simple tools
  • Monitor engagement and assist with basic performance tracking
  • Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
  • Follow brand guidelines and professional communication standards
  • Support online community engagement activities
  • Assist with general administrative or marketing-related tasks as needed
