  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with business collaborators, brand teams, media, web, content, CRM, analytics, customer experience, and agency partners to align channel strategy to portfolio needs and drive coordinated execution.

  • Digital Presence Evolution: Develop recommendations for how our digital footprint should adapt to changing customer behavior, AI-powered discovery, evolving search patterns, and the need for authoritative, well-structured content.

  • Frameworks and Governance: Support the creation of channel strategy frameworks, playbooks, and governance principles that improve consistency, compliance, and scalability across brands and business units.

  • Investment and Prioritization: Contribute analysis and recommendations on channel mix, prioritization, and budget allocation based on customer needs, market dynamics, business goals, and performance insights.

  • Measurement and Optimization: Partner with analytics and marketing sciences to support measurement frameworks, important metric development, and continuous optimization, ensuring channel decisions are evidence-based.

  • Innovation Scouting: Identify and evaluate opportunities across media models, digital experiences, content distribution, personalization, and AI-enabled engagement to unlock growth and efficiency.

  • Program Management: Enable teamwork across internal teams and agencies, providing day-to-day coordination, material development, synthesis of inputs, and progress tracking to keep workstreams on pace and on target.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 6 years of Experience in channel strategy, media strategy, paid media, web, CRM, digital customer engagement, or related disciplines.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Strong understanding of how channels work together across the customer journey, including media strategy, web strategy, search, content ecosystems, CRM, and digital customer engagement.

  • Experience translating business and customer needs into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

  • Experience with measurement and performance evaluation, including KPI development and use of data to guide decisions.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.

  • Understanding of US healthcare marketing, including HCP and patient engagement in a compliant environment.

  • Understanding of AI-enabled discovery, evolving search behaviors, and the role of authoritative content in visibility and trust.

  • Familiarity with paid, owned, and earned channel planning.

  • Experience working with agencies, analytics partners, and cross-functional commercial teams.

  • Knowledge of digital analytics, media measurement, web performance, dashboarding, and strategic planning tools and approaches.
