Job Description
Ignite your career as a Supervisor, National Audio, Fast Action Support Team in the Publicis Media Exchange! Publicis Media Exchange has re-imagined Local Investment, OOH, National Audio and Publishing, bringing together our Collective, Digitas, Infinite Roar, Razorfish, Spark, Starcom, and Zenith agency brands. The Publicis Media Exchange tactically plans and activates across all channels too, including Linear Television, Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD), Terrestrial Radio, Streaming Audio Traditional OOH, Digital & Programmatic OOH, Magazine, Newspaper and Digital.
Key duties include onboarding new clients or incremental scope for existing clients, translating communication goals to tactical plans and outcomes, overseeing investment across channels, and driving revenue. In this role your passion for learning and evolving channel dynamics will be pivotal to our success.
Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, National Audio, Fast Action Support Team, you will:
    • Be responsible for contributing to the development of and executing investments across various channels/assignments
    • Evaluate capabilities and composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which most effectively reaches the target audience
    • Evaluate and assesses media performance to determine the extent to which the original media objectives and strategies were accomplished
    • Research, interpret and evaluate available marketing and research data to develop media objectives and tactical plans
    • Effectively communicate and present to top management and clients, inclusive of proficiency in visual storytelling
    • Craft and deliver compelling recommendations to account service and clients translating complex data and strategies into clear, actionable and compelling insights
    • Utilize visuals in presentations to enhance understanding and engagement (PPT, charts, infographics
    • Effectively tailor messaging and delivery style to various audiences, inclusive of executive leadership and client stakeholders
    • Closely supervise the implementation and execution of the media plan, which includes ideation, budgeting, scheduling and establishing benchmarks for control
    • Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update client on timely/consistent basis
    • Approve media authorizations prepared by team per approved plans/project requests
    • Be accountable for accuracy and media intelligence
    • Supervise and motivate direct reports
    • Manage the process and procedure for client set up, billing and all administrative functions
    • Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion throughout tactical plans
    • Manage Video, Audio, OOH and/or Publishing plans that connects your client to their consumer. You will be directly overseeing the progress of all projects in bringing these plans to life within their respective channels, responsible for ensuring your team is able to meet deadlines and produce quality work
    • Manage Product: Review all local media schedules to ensure client guidelines; Guide investment teams with client specific questions; Develop client guidelines; Manage invoice reconciliation deadlines; Review post reports, track ADU/UDW delivery & audit materials; prepare client ready POVs on market opportunities
    • Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion through Investments. Champion the 4As Fair Play Charter and all other diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $120,159 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
