Overview:
Responsible for creating compelling video and multimedia content that informs, engages, and inspires internal and external audiences. This role combines videography, video editing, live event production, storytelling, and strong technical proficiency in digital media production tools, video editing platforms, live-streaming technologies, content management systems, and online publishing workflows. The Videographer will use software and technology to plan, shoot, edit, optimize, publish, and manage high-quality multimedia content across web, intranet, social media, live-event, digital signage, and other online communication platforms. This role supports internal communications, executive communications, culture initiatives, recruiting efforts, and employer branding while ensuring content is technically polished, platform-ready, accessible, brand-aligned, and optimized for a consistent and professional digital experience.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for a variety of communication needs, including executive messages, teammate stories, customer testimonials, training content, recruiting materials, social media, and corporate announcements. Video Editing and Post-Production:
Edit and enhance video footage using professional post-production tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. Apply color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, title sequences, visual effects, lower thirds, transitions, captions, and branded templates to create polished, platform-ready content optimized for online media, live events, internal communications, social media, and other digital channels.
Live Broadcast Production:
Coordinate and manage live-streamed events, including town halls, leadership meetings, earnings calls, and special events. Ensure seamless production quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage audio, video, and streaming platforms.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all video content aligns with the organization's brand standards, visual identity, messaging guidelines, and communication objectives.
Event and On-Location Filming:
Travel to corporate offices, customer sites, market centers, and events to capture video footage, interviews, and b-roll that supports communication initiatives.
Photography Support:
Capture high-quality photography as needed to support communications, social media, and corporate events.
Multimedia Content Creation:
Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media, intranet platforms, websites, digital signage, and other communication channels.
Storyboarding and Script Development:
Collaborate with communications and business leaders to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts that effectively convey key messages and organizational priorities.
Equipment Management:
Maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, streaming equipment, and editing systems to ensure reliable operation and production quality.
Working Environment/Safety Requirements:
• Work in Roswell corporate office, with the ability to travel to Vestis locations, customer sites, and events as needed.
• Ability to lift, transport, and set up video production equipment for on-site shoots and live events.
Experience/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in film production, video production, communications, media arts, broadcast journalism, digital media, multimedia production, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, multimedia production, and live-streaming support, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality corporate, marketing, digital, or storytelling content.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating video production, editing, motion graphics, live-event support, and digital content optimized for online platforms required.
• Proficiency with professional media production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or comparable tools.
• Advanced proficiency with professional video editing, motion graphics, audio editing, image editing, encoding, and digital publishing tools.
• Experience producing and optimizing multimedia content for websites, intranet platforms, social media, live-streaming platforms, digital signage, and other online media channels.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, resolution, aspect ratios, captioning, accessibility requirements, metadata, thumbnails, and platform-specific publishing standards.
• Experience using content management systems, digital asset management systems, collaboration platforms, and project or workflow management tools to organize, publish, track, and maintain multimedia content.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, lighting, audio, streaming, editing systems, file exports, and online publishing workflows.
• Experience creating motion graphics, title sequences, and visual effects to enhance video content is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting executive and internal communications, or corporate storytelling initiatives preferred.
