Retail Pharmacy in Cheshire, CT is looking for a dynamic and motivated Pharmacy Technician & Marketing Associate to join our team! This unique dual role blends hands-on pharmacy operations with creative marketing efforts to help our community pharmacy thrive. Responsibilities: 
  • Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, dispensing, and medication fulfillment
  • Manage prescription intake, data entry, and patient profile maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the pharmacy counter and over the phone
  • Process insurance claims and resolve billing or adjudication issues
  • Develop and execute social media content, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Create promotional materials, newsletters, and in-store signage to drive engagement
  • Support local marketing efforts including events, partnerships, and loyalty programs

Requirements:
 
  • Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician registration/certification in Connecticut (CPhT preferred)
  • Prior pharmacy technician experience in a retail or independent pharmacy setting
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management software and insurance billing
  • Experience with social media platforms, content creation, or digital marketing
