Position Description

As a Media Investment Associate you will support and assist media buyers on all stewardship functions relating to client schedules for national TV/Video/Audio/ Display /Search/Social buys including maintenance and organization of schedules both internally and externally to client/agency. In this position you will also assist Buyer/Supervisor on buy negotiations.

Suitable candidates have strong organizational skills and encompass the ability to collaborate successfully with teams, assist on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing department with the ability to materially impact the business.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates the required skills to input and maintain the media schedule
  • Performs stewardship functions relating to client schedules, including maintenance and tracking of schedules.
  • Provide support to Buyers/Supervisors on assigned projects and tasks
  • Demonstrates accuracy in all projects
  • Meets timelines and deadlines on completing tasks and projects
  • Maintains good organizational skills


Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-1 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Digital Media or Communications preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Intermediate math and numeracy skills are crucial
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
