Job description

Senior Paid Media Manager

Location: Phoenix, Arizona preferred; open to fully remote candidates within the United States

Remote Travel: Remote employees are expected to travel to Phoenix approximately once per quarter

Salary Range: $90,000–$115,000

Reports to: Director of Acquisition

About the Role

Lectric eBikes is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to help manage and grow paid media across Lectric

and its portfolio of brands.

This role will be part of the Growth Team and report to the Director of Acquisition. This role will be focused

on helping grow emerging brands within Lectric's portfolio.

This role will primarily own paid media execution for Monarc and Juiced Bikes, while supporting Lectric

eBikes and its Canadian business as needed. The Senior Paid Media Manager will directly manage a mix of

high-spend advertising accounts across Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an experienced media buyer who can operate with a high

degree of autonomy. You will be responsible for day-to-day account management, campaign execution,

performance analysis, budget pacing, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple six-figure monthly advertising budgets and

understands how to balance revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, efficiency targets, and creative

needs across several accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day management of paid media accounts for Monarc, Juiced Bikes, and other Lectric
  • business units.
  • Directly manage campaigns across a mix of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and additional
  • paid media platforms.
  • Manage a portfolio of three to four primary advertising platforms, along with testing out additional
  • emerging or lower-spend channels.
  • Launch, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing against revenue, acquisition, and efficiency goals.
  • Recommend changes to budget allocation, media mix, bidding strategies, campaign structure,
  • targeting, and creative rotation.
  • Analyze performance using in-platform reporting, Northbeam, Post-purchase surveys, GA4, Looker,
  • and other internal reporting tools.
  • Build recurring performance reports and communicate results, risks, opportunities, and
  • recommended actions to marketing leadership.
  • Assist with analysis and campaign management for Lectric’s larger U.S. advertising accounts as
  • needed.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, project managers, agencies, and external contractors to ensure
  • each channel has the assets needed to succeed.
  • Provide actionable creative feedback based on ad performance to respective creative teams.
  • Help develop testing plans for new creative, audiences, campaign structures, placements, landing
  • pages, and offers.
  • Monitor tracking, attribution, product feeds, landing pages, and account health to identify issues
  • that may affect performance.
  • Document campaign learnings and establish repeatable processes that can be applied across
  • multiple brands.

What Success Looks Like

  • Paid media accounts are consistently maintained, optimized, and paced without requiring daily
  • oversight.
  • Campaigns meet or make measurable progress toward revenue, customer acquisition, and efficiency
  • targets.
  • Performance issues are identified early, clearly communicated, and addressed proactively.
  • Budget and optimization recommendations are supported by thoughtful analysis rather than
  • platform-reported results alone.
  • Creative teams receive clear, specific feedback that improves paid media performance.
  • Learnings are shared across Lectric, Monarc, Juiced, and the Canadian business rather than
  • remaining isolated within individual accounts.

Qualifications

  • Four or more years of hands-on experience managing paid media or performance marketing
  • campaigns.
  • Direct experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
  • Experience managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one major paid search platform and/or one major paid social
  • platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital advertising platforms is strongly
  • preferred.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding, targeting, budget pacing, attribution, testing,
  • and optimization.
  • Experience using GA4 and a marketing attribution platform such as Northbeam or Triplewhale.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of performance data and turn findings into clear recommendations.
  • Experience evaluating performance against revenue, ROAS, MER, CAC, new-customer acquisition,
  • conversion rate, and other business-level KPIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently investigate unexpected changes in
  • performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, analytics, web development, project management, and
  • external agency teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work across multiple brands and advertising
  • accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce business.
  • Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
  • Experience using Looker, BigQuery, or another business intelligence platform.
  • Familiarity with creative testing, conversion rate optimization, landing-page analysis, and customer
  • journey analysis.
  • Experience managing agencies, contractors, or junior media buyers.
  • Experience helping launch or scale a new brand, product line, or geographic market.
  • Location and Travel
  • This position is preferably based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Lectric is also open to fully remote
  • candidates with the experience and ability to work effectively across a distributed team.
  • Remote employees should expect to travel to Phoenix approximately once per quarter for planning,
  • collaboration, and team meetings.
