Job Title: Concrete Laborer

Company: Tribal One Construction
Location: Ellsworth Air Force Base – Rapid City, SD
Pay Range: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Will Include some night shifts. We are working on Ellsworth AFB.


Job Summary

Tribal One Construction is seeking a hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborer to support construction activities at Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, SD. This role involves assisting with concrete placement, finishing, and general labor tasks in support of federal construction projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete
  • Perform site preparation including digging, grading, and form setting
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions
  • Support other crew members as needed to complete tasks on schedule
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Qualifications
  • Previous construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions

Requirements
