As a Maintenance Technician, youโ€™ll help ensure our campus remains safe, comfortable, and fully functional for residents, staff, and visitors.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Complete daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely, accurate documentation

  • Perform general repairs, including replacing light bulbs, filters, and batteries; plumbing and minor electrical work; basic carpentry; and small mechanical fixes

  • Move furniture, appliances, and supplies as needed

  • Operate trucks, electric carts, and other equipment safely

  • Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call rotations

  • Conduct daily campus inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

  • Test and document life safety systems as required by code

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance

  • Assist with pool and spa care

  • Help train staff members as needed

  • Support set-up and breakdown for campus events

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid California driverโ€™s license with a good driving record

  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in plumbing

  • Experience in general building maintenance is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
