Motion Matrix Therapeutics is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Occupational Therapists to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Our workspace fosters collaboration and encourages open communication among team members, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and nursing staff. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, with flexible working hours to accommodate team and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients, establishing individualized treatment goals and strategies tailored to their specific needs.
  • Create and document detailed treatment plans that articulate the course of therapy, including short and long-term objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with patients and their families, providing education regarding their conditions, treatment procedures, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain ongoing clinical documentation of patient progress, engagement, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated care and optimize patient treatment effectiveness.
  • Engage with medical professionals to discuss patient cases, propose adjustments to therapy plans based on progress observations, and share necessary medical documentation.
  • Participate actively in quality and safety improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and best practices for enhancing patient care.
  • Guide and mentor occupational therapy assistants and interns, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to raise community awareness and promote services offered at Motion Matrix.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the field through participation in professional associations, workshops, and relevant conferences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Motion Matrix Therapeutics, you will primarily work with children at risk for autism spectrum disorder alongside a diverse patient demographic that spans various ages and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
  • Current licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits
