Our products are trusted worldwide for their quality, performance, and reliability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Machine Operator.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable mechanically inclined person to operate related equipment for boring, turning, balancing and coating our products to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have reliable attendance, desire for continuous development, and driven to produce quality parts with safety in mind.
Key Areas of Production:
  • Operate equipment and assemble per manufacturing job work orders.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications
  • Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.)
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Ability to operate a hoist to move rollers to each operation.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing instruction.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of tolerances.
  • Good verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
  • Safety minded and disciplined to follow safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to handle tools and components
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
