Job description

Required qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering

  • 5+ years of mechanical engineering design experience

  • Solidworks 2014 experience

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and debugging skills

  • Fixture design experience

  • Solid understanding of the automation concepts / techniques

  • Generation of engineering and assembly drawings, bills of material, and user documentation

  • Generate concept sketches and layout drawings as well as creating new equipment designs

  • Interaction with engineering project teams as a principle team member with expertise in mechanical design

  • Interprets specifications and execute design work per specification

  • In addition, our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and expand his/her knowledge and skills, be able to multitask and take initiative, possess solid written and verbal communication skills, and be willing and available to travel 20% of the time.

  • He/She should be enthusiastic and self-motivated with an interest in real computer applications and must be able to interact well with clients during all phases of the system integration process.
