Job description

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Group Lead Technical Support (m/f/d) to lead and manage technical support specialist team, working closely with Engineering, Technical Project Management and Technology Management in the Global Service team in Spain, performing relevant tasks as follows:

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead and manage Technical Support Specialist team in the region (functional and disciplinary)
  • Creating processes and ensuring guidelines are optimized for team's operation and its further development is in line with the established goals and objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to the team members
  • Provide technical expertise/support in assisting on-site or remote field technicians with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the wind turbine's electrical system.
  • Diagnoses, troubleshooting, and resolving technical/service issues
  • Develop and document technical solutions in Incident and communication of the measures to the respective requestors
  • Create knowledge articles and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Identify clusters and prepare issues for product failure analysis and align with relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Technical Project Management and Technology Management, regional claim handler)

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or a minimum of five years' experience as Electrician or Mechanical Engineer
  • High / Low voltage certificates are good to have
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proved hands-on three years' experience in Wind Turbine or in creating technical documentation
  • Used to work in an international enviroment company
  • Timely and effective management of high-demand technical issues
  • Flexibility to travel
