Requirements for this role include:
  • 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Construction administrative role.
  • Familiar with methods, equipment, and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade.
  • Must have at least a high school degree, or G.E.D.
  • Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with industry software such as: ProCore, Bluebeam, Revue, Revit, AutoCad, is a plus
  • Able to understand and manage job deadlines.

This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This role will also require travel to work sites in the DMV area, which can be up to 30-40% of the role.
