Job description

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Placentia, CA


About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to keep our manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and facility systems running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical problems, repairing equipment, and keeping production moving.

You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and shop-floor teams to minimize equipment downtime and maintain a safe, productive work environment.


What You'll Do

  • Provide daily maintenance and repair support throughout the manufacturing floor.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machines to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine CNC coolant tank cleanouts and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair assembly equipment.
  • Maintain and repair deburring equipment to support quality production.
  • Perform basic facility plumbing repairs, including leaks, drains, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Replace light bulbs and maintain proper facility lighting.
  • Assist with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities and help maintain a safe workplace.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs as needed.


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and record-keeping.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations under applicable U.S. export control regulations.
