Professionals in meat sales are responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating prices, building relationships with suppliers and clients, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role often involves knowledge of market trends, product quality, inventory management, and customer service. Meat sales can take place in grocery stores, specialty shops, online platforms, or directly to restaurants and food service businesses.
