Guide the operations of the unit by organizing the activity and workflow of the plant and fostering connection and alignment with other teams (Industrial / Maintenance, SIO Center, Business Developer....)

  • Support production excellence in volume and quality.

  • Communicating and working closely with customers to nurture strong relationships.

  • Advance site performance through collaborative initiatives.

  • Ensure plant reliability as a key contributor to our operational success.

  • Coordinate and build alignment with other teams (maintenance, SIO---).

  • Mentor and support the growth of technicians while providing helpful performance feedback.

  • Will manage an Air Separation Unit (ASU)

________________________Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical diploma

  • 7+ years experience with ASU's, pumps, mechanical, electrical

  • 5+ years experience in management

  • Technical and working understanding of Air Liquide's operation processes.

  • Prior work with and knowledge of Air Separation Unit

  • Ability to read and comprehend key operating documents and to troubleshoot production problems.

  • Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.

  • Must have good computer skills.

  • Must have a valid drivers license with good MVR.

  • Must have good electrical, instrumentation and mechanical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior SAP and Power BI experience

  • Prior forklift experience

  • Prior operational and production experience
