Technical experience in repairing and maintaining automation equipment Working Conditions: Some exposure to high voltage, with appropriate safety precautions in place. Lifts, pushes, pulls or moves equipment and machinery up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally. Exposure to some fumes and constant noise in manufacturing areas. Safety glasses are required on the manufacturing floor and other designated areas. Adherence to plant safety and PPE requirements.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
BONUS STRUCTURE: The employee must meet minimum performance and attendance expectations in first 180 days.
Gross signing bonuses totaling $2,000 will be paid out on the following schedule:

- Strong background in troubleshooting factory automation systems including knowledge of controls, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, and pneumatics
- Ability to troubleshoot robotic packaging equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical control circuits including knowledge of AC/DC and facility equipment wiring
- 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of food processing and packing equipment
- Mechanical experience in troubleshooting and repair of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, valves
- Strong knowledge of LOTO procedures
- Demonstrates strong skills in communication, leadership, and training
- MS Office Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration
- Ability to read and follow ladder logic, PIDs, electrical and building schematics
- Technical school certification

- Correctly and efficiently troubleshooting and diagnosing faults on assigned automation equipment

- Cleaning of work and shop area's
