Weโ€™re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our production team! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active during the day, and being part of a supportive team, this role may be a great fit for you.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (training provided).
  • Assemble parts by following clear instructions.
  • Pack products according to customer requirements.
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Report any quality or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support production.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates for the position of Assembly & Pick-n-Pack should demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • General knowledge business procedures.
  • The ability to multitask and have good organizational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.

Education:

Candidates for the position of Assembly & Pick-n-Pack should have completed high school or have at least 3 years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the candidate to be able to stand, kneel, climb, and lift up to 75lbs. repeatedly for a 10-hour workday. Working conditions may be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Candidates must be willing to work overtime if required to meet production objectives and timing.

Safety Requirements:

Employeeโ€™s must be willing and capable to wear Safety Glasses (Non-Tinted) when on the shop floor. Ear buds and Radios are not permitted on the shop floor. This position requires you to be on your feet for the length of the shift.
