We’re looking for an experienced Meat Manager to lead our Meat Department and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If you’re passionate about fresh products, team leadership, and driving results, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the Meat Department team.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and product quality.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, merchandising, and pricing.
  • Control shrink, waste, and department expenses.
  • Train, coach, and develop department associates.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Work closely with Store Management to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous Meat Manager or Assistant Meat Manager experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cutting, merchandising, and department operations.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
