IDEAL CANDIDATES


We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.


This is Regular Full Time position for both AM and PM shifts


As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for:


• Overseeing and aiding in the preparation of, mise en place for soups, vegetables, and meats as well as other hot or cold items on the line or pantry

• Understanding all seasoning and portion controls, is responsible for either hot or cold lines during service

• The sanitation and cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen.

• Daily produce orders, and meat inventories

• The knowledge of the safe use of knives and the safe application of all equipment, tools in the kitchen

• The knowledge of the temperature controls and adjustments for all stoves, grills, broilers, and ovens.


QUALIFICATIONS

· One to two years’ experience as Sous Chef

· Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays

· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

· Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
