BBQ PRODUCTION BUTCHER
Little Miss BBQ | Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Competitive Pay
You know the difference between a good trim and a great one.
So do we. That's why we're looking for you.
At Little Miss BBQ, the pit gets all the glory - but you're the one who makes it possible. Every perfectly smoked brisket, every rack of ribs, every house-made sausage link starts with the craft of a skilled butcher. We're one of the most respected BBQ brands in America, and we're looking for someone who takes real pride in the work that happens before the smoke ever starts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Trimming briskets, pork ribs, and pork butts to Little Miss BBQ standards
  • Producing house-made sausage from scratch
  • Hitting daily production schedules while monitoring yields and minimizing waste
  • Following FIFO, food safety, and sanitation standards - without being reminded
  • Organizing, labeling, and rotating inventory with precision
  • Keeping your workstation clean and inspection-ready
  • Working alongside Pit Masters and Kitchen Leadership to support daily operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Hands-on experience with meat fabrication, trimming, or butcher shop operations
  • Strong knife skills and an eye for quality - you know what good looks like
  • Ability to handle high volumes without cutting corners
  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated - no babysitting required
  • Comfortable on your feet for full shifts and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Available for early morning shifts and weekends
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE
  • High-volume butcher or meat processing experience
  • Sausage-making experience
  • USDA, HACCP, or food safety certification
  • Background in a restaurant commissary, butcher shop, or meat processing facility
WHAT WE OFFER
  • Competitive Pay & Tip Pool Participation
  • Consistent full-time schedule - 40 to 50 hours per week
  • No late-night hours - our shifts are early and predictable
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Employee discounts on the best BBQ in Phoenix
  • Real opportunities for advancement - we promote from within
  • A team culture built on respect, accountability, and genuine hospitality
  • Industry-leading training from people who care about the craft
WHO WE ARE

Come help us be the best part of someone's day.
Apply today - we'd love to meet you.
