Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the night operation of the grocery store and workers. Approximately half of the shift is spent doing paperwork such as ordering groceries, counting cash and checks to balance tills and preparing night deposits. The other half of the shift is spent checking out groceries, bagging items, accepting payment and making change. Occasionally assisting customers to their vehicles with groceries and stocking and facing the store shelves.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Use basic math and calculate retail pricing.
