Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) – Gen AI to lead the rollout, integration, and enterprise adoption of GenAI-powered developer tools across engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, hands-on expertise with AI coding tools such as Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor, and experience integrating AI into enterprise SDLC workflows.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on improving developer productivity, accelerating software delivery, and driving enterprise-wide GenAI adoption.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Python, React/Angular, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI developer tools such as Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor.
  • Experience integrating AI-powered tools into enterprise software development workflows.
  • Experience building distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, developer platforms, and modern SDLC practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience integrating modern developer tools into enterprise engineering environments.
