We are looking for a highly experienced MEAN Stack Developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and can provide technical leadership to the team. This role requires a strong hands-on engineer who can architect scalable solutions, drive engineering best practices, mentor other developers, and lead development efforts across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
Lead technical design discussions and make architecture decisions for complex systems.
Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.
Collaborate with product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
