What qualifications do you need to be a packer?

To be a meal packer, no formal education is typically required, but employers often prefer candidates with basic reading and math skills. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods are important, and some positions may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience is not usually necessary, as on-the-job training is provided.
