Business Analyst For Mdm Customer Domain

Business Analyst for MDM Customer domain will review, analyze, evaluate, and document requirements as defined by strategic goals of the Enterprise Data Program initiative, along with querying and analyzing data, to create user stories, drafting business/functional and system specifications for Master Data Management (MDM) in partnership with our Data Stewards, Data Owners and stakeholders to align with the Enterprise Data Governance policies and framework.

What You'll Do:

  • Create, maintain, and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases and test cases
  • Perform and coordinate data analysis that facilitates the transformation of complex data/Customer information into actionable insights to support highly complex business processes of mastering Customer data
  • Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis resulting in identification of new data solutions
  • Liaise with MDM product team and stakeholders (data owners, data stewards, project team members, data governance) to proactively identify opportunities to create, maintain, enhance or integrate data usage with new and existing systems
  • Write test scripts and use cases as needed
  • Understands cross divisional systems and impacts of change
  • Generate communication, process, and educational plans for the Customer data domain changes

Required Skills: Must have experience working as a Business Analyst gathering requirements for MDM projects. Experienced with any MDM tools - Informatica, SAP, Semarchy, etc. Creating user stories, UAT testing.
