Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedย Informatica MDM Architect/SMEย to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise inย Informatica MDM, data quality, data governance, and integration, while serving as the technical authority across MDM projects. This role requires strong leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on technical skills to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Design
    • Define and own theย MDM solution architectureย and technical design.
    • Perform high-level architectural planning, proof-of-concepts, and solution outlines.
    • Ensure architectural integrity and compliance with SDLC and change control standards.
  • Implementation & Configuration
    • Lead design and configuration ofย Informatica MDM applications.
    • Performย customizations, data mapping, and integrationย with enterprise systems.
    • Develop and review implementation plans, contingency plans, and technical deliverables.
  • Data Management
    • Contribute toย data requirements analysis, integration, and mapping.
    • Implementย data quality, governance, and stewardship workflows.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to align MDM solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Leadership & Governance
  • Function asย Design Authorityย in technical design reviews.
  • Approve code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
  • Provide project estimates, scheduling, and oversee development reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise inย Informatica MDMย (Hub, Data Director, Hierarchy Manager).
  • Solid background inย Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration, ETL, SOA, and Data Security.
  • Proven experience inย architecting, designing, and implementing MDM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience withย ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter/IICS)ย and integration with web services.
  • Strong knowledge ofย data modeling, survivorship rules, match/merge logic.
  • Excellentย presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and collaborate across IT and business functions.
