This role provides strategic leadership for MDM platforms, focusing on end-to-end data architecture, scalable integrations, and real-time data enablement.

The candidate will lead the implementation of Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360, ensuring seamless data flow from source systems to downstream consumers. This role requires deep expertise in API-driven and event-driven architectures, data pipeline engineering (batch and real-time), and enterprise integration patterns—enabling a governed, unified, and high-quality customer data ecosystem across banking platforms

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Integration & Data Engineering – API & Event-Driven Enablement

  • Review design and implementation of end-to-end data pipelines from source systems through MDM to downstream consumption layers.
  • Create or review requirements for batch and real-time data ingestion frameworks, extraction, transformation, and publishing pipelines.
  • Integrate MDM with key enterprise systems, including Core Banking, CIS, Fraud, Compliance, and Digital platforms.
  • Review API-first MDM access patterns and real-time data exchange using event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging frameworks).
  • Ensure MDM data is accessible for operational systems, analytics, and digital channels.
  • Design and review data services and microservices for MDM consumption.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

  • Act as product leader and mentor for development teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Governance teams, and Architects.
