  • Oversee MDM environments (development, test, production)
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for the MDM platform configuration and deployment
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, tune performance, and drive continuous improvement

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on MDM strategy, implementation, and platform evolution

Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise with the Profisee platform and core MDM concepts
  • Strong technical skills in:

  • Data integration and pipelines
  • .NET

  • Experience supporting Property, Client, or Reference data domains
  • Profisee certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a mathematically focused science discipline
  • Ability to work comfortably in US EST or CST time zones

What Success Looks Like
  • Profisee is a trusted system of record for master data across the enterprise
  • Data quality, matching, and survivorship rules are transparent, documented, and scalable
