Familiarity with surgical instruments, imaging systems, and specialized prosthetic devices is essential, along with possible certifications in orthopedic surgery. Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and clear communication with both patients and medical teams are critical soft skills for this role. These competencies are vital to ensure patient safety, optimal surgical outcomes, and effective collaboration in high-stakes medical environments.
