Job description

Job Description
The Mcleod Health Resource Pool provides an alternative work model allowing for control of your schedule to match your lifestyle. Broaden your work experience floating among several McLeod facilities, or take a long-term assignment, working only one. Your Life- Your Time- Your Choice!
Program Options:
  1. Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations = $60/hr.; minimum of 12 hour shift every 6 weeks.
  2. Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations = $65/hr.; minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks.
  3. Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $40/hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.
  4. Long Term Assignment= work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $70/hr. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option

Candidates must have 2 years current OT experience.
