Job description

Our McKesson location in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join the team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has a great reputation in the healthcare sector. Products you would deliver would include medical supplies and equipment.

We currently have the following FT Parcel Van Driver Professional position available:

  • Monday to Friday, 5:30 am until completion
  • For this specialty position, you must reside in Monroe or Mt. Kisco, NY as you would need to be able to take the parcel van home at night. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those that reside in Monroe or Mt Kisco will be considered for this opportunity. Please watch for future local Fairfield driver opportunities to become available in the future for those that do not reside in the above listed areas.

What You’ll Need

  • Required to have a current valid US Driver’s License
  • 6 months minimum experience in a parcel van or larger delivery vehicle
  • Daily morning travel to Fairfield, NJ to load freight. Would then do the deliveries for the route.  The route ends in Monroe or Mt Kisco, NY area.
  • To qualify, you must have secure off-street parking for the delivery vehicle as you would take the vehicle home with you every evening
  • Ability to maintain a safe driving history 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
  • Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours
  • Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours
