Job Description
We are seeking Salesforce Business Analysts across all Acumen Solutions locations, including: San Francisco, DC Metro Area (HQ), Greater NY Area, Cleveland, OH & the UK.
Business Analyst w/ Configuration Role: This person will work closely with CRM Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts to ensure the timely and effective delivery of CRM implementation projects in a variety of industry contexts. This is a client facing role leading to a Salesforce developer position.
Specific Duties
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) application configuration
  • Research integration issues and liaise with legacy system development staff
  • Research and development of new Salesforce.com applications to aid organization
  • Work closely and communicate clearly with a group of people with varied skill-sets
  • Produce and improve overall documentation related to the implementation's configuration

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Eligible work for any U.S. employer
  • Ability to travel at least 50%
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
  • Experience with database software / CRM solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com configuration
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work well independently or on a team
  • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
