We are looking to hire a Revenue Management Analyst II immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Revenue Management Analyst is the analytical engine for the US Consumer Products Division revenue management function. This position will support the Revenue Management team by leveraging and building Circana consumption data and financial information to model future initiatives, assess effectiveness and propose corrections, monitor competitive response, and compare actual vs. projected results.
The analyst plays a key role in building the analytics infrastructure to support the $3B USCPD business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze pricing, IRI, shipment, cost structure and trade to create NSV/OP value
  • Share key learning with partners such as category management, marketing, sales, and sales planning
  • Model Revenue Management projects and quantify impact to volume, NSV, variable contribution and market share

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Statistics, Advanced Analytics, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years analytical experience in financial, commercial or supply chain role
  • Ability to aggregate, model, assess and draw conclusions from multiple data sets
  • Ability to translate complex models into simple, actionable communication
  • Patience and persistence building new analytical frameworks from scratch
  • Creativity and problem‑solving in working with rich data sets
  • Sound understanding of modeling and statistical concepts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with pricing analytics or trade spend optimization
  • Commercial analytics experience
  • Experience with R, E‑Views, SPSS, or Crystal Ball
  • Classically trained in advanced analytics
  • Demonstrated understanding of CPG
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with demonstrated skills in Excel and PowerPoint

As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future. 

Base Salary: $74,330 - $130,080

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan. In addition to a competitive compensation package, permanent employees of McCormick are eligible for our extensive Total Rewards programs that include:
