We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a support function of the Sales Team. This person must understand McCormick's complex go-to market business model to make recommendations on tools and business process improvement areas to drive profitable growth. Must be able to manage day-to-day technical issues that arise with our business systems. The role is primarily responsible for the development and delivery of all Sales support and Sales communication materials for the various business units as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists in managing sales tools and technology to enhance deployment of sales structure, strategy, new items, annual planning documents, and other business processes through internal and external systems. (i.e., Sales Link, TPM)
  • Act as primary Sales Link Administrator/Developer for US Consumer Products Division
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards. Create and manage workflows and approval processes.
  • Support on boarding of sales employees (McCormick and Broker); Responsible for the systems, security and processes that support sales information which includes Business Warehouse, third party websites, Trade Promotion Management and Shortage Notifications
  • Accountable for access controls and maintenance of user credentials (BW, TPM, GBC)
  • Manage various special projects as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics or other related fields
  • Experience with Trade Management Systems.
  • Foundational and functional knowledge of industry trends and tools available throughout the CPG industry used to drive efficient and effective business planning to drive profitable growth
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
  • Must be able to work with large data sets including pulling and interrupting data independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required to present to large groups of people virtually and in person
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills. Required to manage multiple projects at the same time while managing day-to-day tasks and objectives

Base Salary: $63,250 - $110,680
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan. In addition to a competitive compensation package, permanent employees of McCormick are eligible for our extensive Total Rewards programs that include:
