Carwash Tech

With a laser focus on customer experience, premier facilities, and top-tier talent to operate in and around our location, this is a step above workplaces found across the Country. We are looking for a Wash Tech who will assist the Management team with delivery of an outstanding customer service and experience at our Greenbrier, Arkansas location. The Wash Tech is a critical component of the daily operations of the Carwash.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily operational practices of running the carwash facility.
  • Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments.
  • Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay.
  • Prepares and serves hot beverages (coffee) to customers; correctly customizes orders as requested.
  • Understands McBee’s Coffee N Carwash pricing, wash packages details, and membership information. Able to communicate information to customers effectively.
  • Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes all carwash and coffee equipment and work areas.
  • Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes service and seating areas.
  • Follows cleaning and general routine maintenance of car wash tunnel and equipment and property.
  • Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
  • Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order. Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in proper place and organized.
  • Stocks supplies or retail products; may inventory, order, or receive products as directed.
  • Assist customers with orders, membership enrollments, and payments.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to follow all safety procedures for carwash and food handling.
  • Proficient in providing fast and accurate service to customers.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Move safely over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; able to work inside or outside and in all weather conditions.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous car wash or food industry experience a plus.
  • Must successfully complete training in food preparation and food service skills.
