As a Sales and Service Team Member, youll be the face of our agency helping clients find the right protection for their families, homes, and businesses. Youll deliver exceptional service, support sales goals, and contribute to a positive office environment. Training and licensing support are provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, identify customer needs, and recommend State Farm products
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing assistance
  • Handle customer service inquiries, policy updates, and billing support
  • Support office marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Use a consultative approach to educate clients on coverage options
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly with customers
Qualifications
