Job description

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to support our fast-growing Voice (MSS) division. This is an in‑office position, requiring the Inside Sales Representative to work onsite at an MCA location in one of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee.

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a high-energy, growth-focused role managing and expanding a portion of MCA’s transactional account base (typically <$10K deals). By handling high-volume, smaller transactions, ISRs support Enterprise Account Executives, allowing AEs to focus on large-scale strategic deals while the ISRs maintain account health, retention, and growth. This role serves as MCA’s primary “farm system” for future Enterprise Account Executives, offering a clear pathway to promotion within 12–24 months for high performers.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage a high volume of transactional accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and maintain consistent follow-up to grow recurring business.
  • Identify “land and expand” opportunities within small-to-mid-sized accounts.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to dormant accounts and qualify leads aligned to territory goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle for smaller deals, including quoting, closing, and order processing.
  • Manage radio orders, upgrades, accessories, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers on territory strategy and lead hand-offs.
  • Support proposals, CRM updates, and maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Keep accurate, real-time CRM records to provide a clear view of territory performance.
  • Track activity metrics, pipeline progress, and account health.
  • Build foundational knowledge of LMR, broadband PTT, and related voice solutions.
  • Stay current on Motorola products, pricing, and bundles.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and sales methodology development.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
  • Recent graduates with strong drive and business acumen are encouraged to apply.
  • Thrives in a high-activity environment requiring consistent outbound calls and email outreach.
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn structured sales methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Interested in building a long-term career in B2B and enterprise solution selling.
  • Comfortable working in-office to benefit from mentorship and team collaboration.
  • Technical aptitude or exposure to communications equipment is a plus.
