Studies and Analyses Related to client's Transition from Pool - Level to Loan - Level Mortgage - Backed Securities (MBS) Program
Client is assessing an enterprise - wide transition from a pool - level Mortgage - Backed Securities (MBS) program to a loan - level MBS program. This shift has broad implications for operational processes, technology architecture, data management, and the firm responsibilities as the Pool Processing Agent (PPA) Central Paying and Transfer Agent (CPTA) under the MBS Issuance and Bond Administration (MBSIBA) contract.
This Statement of Work (SOW) directs firm to conduct a coordinated set of studies, assessments, and technical analyses associated with Task 9 and Task 10 of the contract to ensure the PPA, CPTA, and issuer community are prepared for loan - level MSR transfers, pooling, and downstream investor reporting, payments, and processing.
