The Test Lead will
Responsibilities:
โข Define test plan, including schedule; manage end-to-end testing for the Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM and Field Service transformation
โข Manage development of test cases, and entry/exit criteria and execution of testing event
โข Lead conference room pilots (CRP), and system integration testing
โข Oversee test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution
โข Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams
โข Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects
โข Oversee data validation, payroll comparison, and reconciliation activities
โข Establish governance for test sign-offs and readiness criteria
โข Guide and support testers; ensure consistent execution standards
โข Provide daily/weekly reporting on test progress, risks, and blockers
โข Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
โข Minimum five years of recent experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis
โข Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems preferred, not required; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
โข Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
โข Prior experience in leading at least two full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity
