Are you a program leader who knows how to turn strategy into action, bring cross-functional teams together, and keep complex initiatives moving forward?

Our client is seeking a Senior GTM Program Manager to serve as a key business operations partner to the Enterprise Agreement Program Owner within a leading enterprise software organization. This highly visible role will help scale the Enterprise Agreement business by coordinating priorities, strengthening accountability, monitoring program health, and removing barriers to execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops that drive decisions and resolve roadblocks
  • Maintain field- and partner-facing sales enablement resources in collaboration with Marketing and Enablement teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–8 years of experience in program management, GTM operations, sales operations, or commercial operations

  • Familiarity with sales processes, commercial operations, financial concepts, and enterprise business systems
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability without direct authority

Compensation: The anticipated hourly pay range is $52–$67 per hour for W-2 employees or $59–$74 per hour for eligible independent contractors. The final rate will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, engagement structure, and other job-related factors.
