Job description

Customer Contact Associate

MBI, Inc., a leader in the direct marketing field, seeks enthusiastic, intelligent individuals with excellent communication skills for full-time positions in our Customer Service Department.

The role is based at our Norwalk location, but this is mostly a remote position. (Initial training is onsite. After initial training, occasional trips to the office may be necessary once or twice per month.)

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Devotion to superlative customer service
  • Courteous telephone manner
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ (a plus, but not required)
