Job description

Job Summary:
iCallidus, Inc is an innovative company focused on developing and managing cutting-edge IT solutions. They are seeking a Technical Integrator Specialist to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and establish best practices for software integration within the IRS Taxpayer Experience Platform.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions within the IRS Taxpayer Experience Platform (TXP).
• Establish best practices for software integration, performance tuning, and cloud-based deployments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize multi-cloud solutions and secure architectures.
• Perform technical assessments and drive architectural improvements aligned with business needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in technical and engineering roles. Highly proficient in core technologies and the latest integration frameworks.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing efficient, user-centric systems and excel at collaborating effectively within an agile environment.
• Extensive experience working on Agile teams and utilizing the latest integration tools, techniques, and methods to design and deploy efficient user-facing systems.
• Skilled in integrating complex system components, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Proficient in requirements analysis, system architecture design, and validation processes to meet both user and business needs.
• Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agile and lean environments.
• Proficiency in DevOps, cloud solutions, or systems integration.
• Expertise in agile software development and CI/CD best practices.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a MBI Security clearance. An active MBI clearance in good standing preferred.
• US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.
Preferred:
• Preferred experience with processing systems and tools.
