Business Technology Analyst


Direct-hire role with our client in Pittsburgh, PA.

Workplace Type: Hybrid (3 days in office)


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau and other BI platforms.
  • Analyze data from CRM, market research, and internal systems to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Community Investment teams to identify and implement technology solutions.
  • Support AI and analytics integrations to improve reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT and technology teams.
  • Conduct financial and benchmarking analysis using SEC filings, call reports, and industry data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, committees, and the Board of Directors.
  • Support process improvements, member engagement initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of finance and economic terminology.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, SaaS platforms, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and integration capabilities.
