Who We Are

At Chick-fil-A Collier Township, we’re not just serving meals — we’re developing leaders who serve others. We operate a multi-million dollar business with a 100+ person team and a culture built on excellence, teamwork, and growth.

Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is built for recent college graduates ready to fast-track their business and leadership careers. You’ll lead people, manage real business results, and learn every aspect of how a thriving organization operates — all while earning a fully funded MBA through our partnership with Point University.

Why This Role Matters

Most entry-level jobs talk about leadership. This one teaches it.

From your first month, you’ll lead teams, make business decisions, and rotate through every major function — Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing. By the end of this 18–24 month program, you’ll be equipped to step into a Director-level leadership role or pursue Chick-fil-A Operator candidacy.

And while you’re learning in the restaurant, you can also be learning in the classroom — tuition-free. Chick-fil-A Collier Township covers 100% of your online tuition with Point University, meaning you can graduate with an MBA and zero tuition debt in about two years.

What You’ll Experience

Rotations through:

  • Operations & Hospitality: Master day-to-day leadership in a high-performing restaurant.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop 15–20 people each shift.
  • Marketing: Plan and execute local campaigns to grow sales and brand reach.
  • Human Resources: Learn recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Finance: Analyze budgets, manage labor and food costs, and improve profitability.
Benefits & Perks
  •  Competitive Pay: $16–$22/hour (based on education & experience)
  •  100% Free College Tuition through Point University (Associate, Bachelor’s, or MBA)
  •  401(k) with 50% company match on first 3% of contributions
  •  Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (75% employer-paid)
  •  Full-time schedule (40–45 hours/week, Friday & Saturday availability)
  •  Paid Time Off (1–2 weeks annually)
  •  Every Sunday Off
  •  Free meals during shifts
  •  Team outings, professional coaching, and leadership mentoring
Who You Are
  • Recent college graduate (Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field)
  • Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and people development
  • Hands-on learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, coachable, and motivated by excellence
  • Ready to work full-time, including Fridays and Saturdays
