About you and this role
Dow is seeking high-potential candidates for our MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) - a premier opportunity for individuals graduating with an MBA from an accredited University Business School program.
This program offers accelerated career development in key business leadership areas such as Commercial and Finance, with the goal of cultivating future senior leaders who bring fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the complex challenges and opportunities facing Dow. In doing so, we will also create a powerful pipeline of future executive leaders for our company.
Responsibilities:
  • Join an existing business or function and fulfill role requirements.
  • Apply prior experience and business school learnings to current role as well as special projects as they arise.
  • Possible travel and exposure to other regions/countries as deemed appropriate for projects.
  • The incumbent will have the opportunity for senior executive exposure and mentoring.
  • Opportunity for Strategy or Financial Portfolio management >$200MM Profit and Loss responsibility.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited university business school, with degree requirements expected to be completed by May 2027.
  • Successful completion of a Dow MBA Internship, demonstrating strong performance, leadership potential, and alignment with Dow's values and business objectives.
  • A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in global business, consulting, financial strategy, and management.
  • 5-7 years of professional work experience within an operating company.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to analyze enterprise-level issues and recommend strategic direction
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including valuation, profit and loss management, and portfolio analysis
  • Leadership & Executive Presence: Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to engage with and influence senior executives through mentoring and high-visibility projects.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Comfort with complex data and ambiguity, and the ability to derive insights that inform business decisions.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication-both written and verbal-especially when presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Global & Cross-Cultural Agility: Willingness and ability to work across regions and cultures
